The main processing are forging, casting, CNC machining, hand polishing, automatic polishing and plastic injecting. The surface treatment can be electroplating, oxidizing, blackening, powder spraying and lacquering.

All finishes can meet relevant test such as for salt spraying, humidity, heat quench, pensile hardness, coating adhesion, abrasion, UV and solvent rubbing.

Our lacquering line uses the ultrasonic vapor cleaning equipment with Japan-made trichlorethylene. The spraying gun is also from Japan. The oven is dust-free with YORK air filtering system.
